Founder & Director of Site Operations
James brings deep field experience across all phases of construction, —from excavation and framing to cabinetry and high-end millwork. As Site Operations Lead, he manages trades, coordinates with engineers and municipalities, and keeps projects on schedule. Known for his steady presence and practical problem-solving, James brings clarity to the chaos of construction and ensures every detail gets done right.
Matthew Dunton
Founder & Managing Director
Matthew started Highland with nearly 20 years in the industry, Matthew brings a strong mix of business insight and hands-on construction experience. Known for his leadership and attention to detail, he founded Highland on the belief that clear communication and high standards should drive every project. Today, he oversees operations, guides project strategy, and ensures every project reflects the company’s core values: integrity, craftsmanship, and accountability.
